Fair Usage Policy
This policy explains how we manage bandwidth, network, CPU, and disk usage to keep Cloud VPS performance stable for all customers.

Overview
Our Fair Usage Policy ensures that all customers receive reliable performance and that no single workload impacts others.
We apply these limits to protect network stability and maintain a consistent service experience for everyone.
Scope and intent
- Applies to Cloud VPS plans in all locations.
- Traffic and resource usage are monitored throughout each billing cycle.
- Short bursts are allowed, sustained excessive usage is not.
Bandwidth and Traffic
All Cloud VPS plans include a fair usage allowance of 15 TB of data transfer per month.
- The 15 TB allowance applies across all Cloud VPS locations.
- Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.
- If usage exceeds the fair usage threshold, we may apply traffic management or contact you to discuss options.
Network Port Usage
Cloud VPS plans include 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps network ports depending on the plan.
Important network usage note
Sustained full port usage may be rate limited to 10 Mbps to protect overall network quality.
- Short bursts at full port speed are allowed.
- Continuous saturation of 100 Mbps or 1 Gbps is not permitted.
- Rate limiting protects overall network quality and other customers.
CPU and Disk IO
CPU and disk IO resources are shared and must be used responsibly.
- Continuous high CPU usage for extended periods is not permitted.
- Continuous high disk IO that impacts platform performance is not permitted.
- Bursty or short duration usage is allowed when it does not affect others.
Enforcement
If usage is excessive or impacts other customers, we may take the following actions:
- Notify you and provide guidance to reduce usage.
- Apply temporary limits such as network shaping to 10 Mbps.
- Request a plan upgrade or a different service tier.
- Suspend services in cases of abuse or repeated violations.
